  • In order to make overseas reservations, users may be asked to submit information such as their PAN, passport number, or any other information requested by the service provider, in accordance with the RBI's Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) or other legal requirements. Such data will only be used exclusively in accordance with the aforementioned specifications. If a user chooses not to submit this information, TAAL TOURISM might not be able to complete the reservation

  • If you choose to check in via contactless technology at hotels, you will need to provide copies of your government-issued identification, such as your driver's license, voter registration card, etc., as well as your self-declaration and any other information the hotel may require to honor your reservation, such as your date of birth, destination, or place of residence.
  • Your Covid-19 vaccination status and certificate, should you want to access it later for travel-related reasons or for any other reason, or should you wish to use any service that requires the provision of Covid-19 vaccine-related information. The beneficiary ID and other id information found in the vaccination certificate will never be processed by TAAL TOURISM.
  • Such information may only be used for the legitimate purposes outlined above. The user also acknowledges that TAAL TOURISM may disclose this information to any other third party or the end service provider in order to offer and facilitate the intended booking.
  • Any sensitive or private information found in a vaccination record, passbook, bank statement, or other identity card that is supplied in order to use a service, take advantage of a promotion, or make a reservation for a product on the website will always be redacted by TAAL TOURISM.
  • TAAL TOURISM may not be able to complete the requested booking request if a User chooses not to supply this information or to have the information they have already provided deleted. Without their prior consent, TAAL TOURISM will never share any of the collected information mentioned above, including PAN card details, vaccination status and certificate, passport details, and Aadhar card details, unless doing so is mandated by a court order, law enforcement agency, or in connection with a legal process.
